Tuesday evening, the U.S. Senate voted 51-47 to confirm Jay Clayton as the nation’s next Director of National Intelligence (DNI). This confirmation vote Tuesday follows a procedural vote Monday to advance the nomination, 51-43.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The White House hosted meetings with Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Tuesday. Both leaders were seeking continued support from the President on their different war efforts. 

Earlier this month, the Senate unanimously passed the Older Americans Act Reauthorization Act, a bill that would extend funding for critical senior services through 2030.
